Inspects railorad cars or streetcars at terminals for damage,
such as broken windows, jammed doors, defective locks, worn or
damaged seats, and malfunctioning rest room facilities. Notifies
train dispatcher if damage requires vehicle to be moved to shop for
repair. May make minor repairs.
